General Information

Kura Vida Apartments offers five fully furnished apartments, designed for comfort, privacy and longer stays. Each apartment is set within a tropical setting, just moments from Willemstad.


Security Deposit

A security deposit of $100 is required upon arrival.

This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there are no damages or missing items.


Electricity Usage

Electricity is included up to 20 kWh per day.

As electricity is a valuable resource on Curaçao, we kindly ask you to use it consciously.


Guidelines:

  • Use the air conditioning mainly during the night
  • Turn it off when leaving the apartment
  • Keep doors and windows closed while using the AC
  • Set the temperature to around 24°C (75°F)
  • Additional usage will be charged at $0.50 per kWh.


In Your Apartment

Each apartment includes:

  • A fully equipped kitchen
  • A bathroom with hot water
  • Indoor and outdoor living space
  • Air conditioning throughout the apartment


Pool & Garden

  • Our tropical garden and shared pool are designed for relaxation.
  • Open daily for all guests
  • Sun loungers available
  • Please do not use glass near the pool
  • Facilities
  • Free parking on site
  • Free high-speed WiFi
  • Shared laundry facilities available (please bring your own detergent)


Included Services

  • Bed linen and towels are provided
  • Towels are refreshed during your stay
  • Bed linen is changed weekly
  • Beach towels are available upon request.


House Guidelines

To keep Kura Vida a calm and pleasant place for everyone:

  • Adults-only property
  • No smoking indoors
  • No parties or loud noise
  • No drugs allowed on the property


Waste & Departure

Please help us keep the property clean:

  • Dispose of trash in the designated containers
  • Wash and store all dishes before departure

Kura Vida Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during your stay, nor for temporary interruptions of water, electricity, or internet.
